In a city there are two situations for living better than the others. The first one is to live in the city center. It provides the benefit of daily use of the city center on foot. The second one is to live away from the centre in your own green garden.
Our concept combines these two situations. To dwell in a garden in the city center.
We zoned the house from the bottom up. The ground floor is contact area between lower servicing and upper residential part of the house. These two functional units are separated by the "deck". The most important section of the living part is the garden which shares the "deck" with the living room.
A movable glass roof and a semitransparent glass facade unite all the elements and can be opened or closed depending of a season, sun or rain, day or night.
