concept = gap
- the gap is more important than the buildings!
- the ring that "isolates" the gap consists of roads, parking lots and residential buildings
- the gap is a garden, a park, a playground, a kindergarten...
- all the living rooms are looking at (and controlling) the garden
- the buildings are ordinary domestic "low-tech"
